Retail Replay is a simulated market-replay and backtesting tool. Nothing on the Service is an offer to buy or sell any financial instrument, or a recommendation that you should trade. By using the Service you confirm you have read this Disclaimer and our Terms of Use.

1. Not financial advice

Charts, statistics, optimizations, “expectancy,” win rate, R-multiples, and similar figures are educational. They are not investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for any real-world trading decision. You agree you will not treat any output of the Service as a recommendation tailored to you.

2. No live execution

Orders you place in Retail Replay are paper trades against historical or simulated prices. They are not sent to a broker. Fills, slippage, spreads, swaps, commissions, latency, partial fills, requotes, and liquidity in a live account will differ — often materially. A strategy that looks profitable in replay can lose money live.

3. Hypothetical and backtested results

Results shown in the Service are hypothetical. Hypothetical performance has inherent limitations: it is designed with the benefit of hindsight; it does not involve financial risk; and it cannot account for the impact of financial risk in actual trading. There is no representation that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown. Past performance — including replayed historical periods — is not a guarantee of future results. You will not present Retail Replay statistics as audited live results.

4. Data quality

Historical bars can contain gaps, revisions, or vendor errors. Weekend and holiday handling, timezone conversion, and pip-value assumptions may not match your broker. Do not treat any number in the product as audited, complete, or fit for a live order.

5. Trading is risky

Leveraged foreign-exchange and CFD trading can result in losses greater than your deposit with a live broker. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose. If you do not understand the risks, do not trade.

6. No licence and no duty

We are not your fiduciary, commodity trading advisor, or broker. We are not licensed by the Capital Markets Authority of Kenya, the Central Bank of Kenya, or any other securities or forex regulator. Use of the Service does not create a client, advisory, or brokerage relationship beyond the Legal Terms.

7. You assume the risk

You expressly assume all risk of using the Service and of any live trade you later place. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you will not bring a claim against us for trading losses, missed profits, or similar damages on the basis that you used, trusted, or followed anything in Retail Replay. Mandatory rights you cannot waive under Kenyan law are not affected.
